Perhaps when your staff is calling people to get a CC to cover a V-Day reservation they should have a better attitude about it. Just because we made a reservation via Open Table it doesn't mean we cant pay. We chose to come here on this day. However with the less then thrilling message that was left for us we will take our dollars elsewhere. We'll make sure to never ever spend a dime in your hole. Maybe we'll just go drop another 300 at El Gaucho for the fun of it...they know how to talk to people and better yet understand how to treat them.

Tim: I'm so sorry to hear about your experience and for the delay in getting back to you. (I just discovered your Blog comment!) Please know how important it is for us to hear how we can improve. I so appreciate your candor and thank you for getting in touch. Feel free to email me directly to discuss this further and, again, my apologies for getting back to you so late. Taylor- yes, Spur continues to have their regular menu too, in addition to a nightly Chef's Tasting Menu.
